A life dedicated practitioner of yoga, her classes and workshops are
informed, inspiring and motivating. Nicola is an inspiring teacher of Classical Yoga. Due
to her experience as a Psychologist and holistic therapist she has utilised
her yoga teachings to specifically work with individuals recovering from
strokes, disease and a range of emotional issues.
